We LOVED LOVED LOVED nightclub Impulse. Fun place and danced alot! Please keep this lounge! Holiday Inn got rid of the wonderful hotel Holiday Inn in Perrysburg, Ohio with the J. Patrick lounge. We were ultimately disappointed at the closure of the lounge and the most beautiful hotel I ever stayed at. We live in Michigan and no hotels here have a lounge so we were excited to be at the Cleveland Holiday Inn Express. What a great experience! We will be back over and over especially if you keep the Impulse Lounge!

The staff was excellent. The clerk was so nice and helpful it was pleasure to deal with her. The room is what I requested: a king-size bed. The bathroom was good. There are a ton of outlets and usb charging stations in the room. Club impulse right there in the hotel was great. The DJ played great music all night.

We loved the location. We did not eat breakfast. The check-in and out was smooth and was a comfortable stay.

I was not expecting much when I booked. However, to my surprise, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was off the highway and close to downtown Cleveland. The staff was great, the room was very clean, and the full buffet breakfast (not continental) was in the dining room. My grandson and I were traveling through and have stayed at hotels throughout our journey and this one was by far the best.

The room was clean and cozy. AC was set up to a comfortable temperature, which is a big deal. Unfortunately, I usually walk in to either a muggy room or a super cold one. My children and I had a great weekend here. We were warmly welcomed upon our arrival. And we had no issues during our stay. We’ll certainly be back there when we’re in the area.

The pool was nice. The bed sizes and comfort was good. The breakfast was ok.. The price for the breakfast was a lot for the "just ok" quality of food.

easy to find, easy access to freeway, national park, shopping, food nearby, ample parking, comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice looking room.

Used the pool and it was nice! Fun to swim while watching the snow outside!!! Beds were comfy and plenty of pillows and blankets/linens. Quiet and felt safe and welcome!
